Every Desert Reverie experience is thoughtfully curated to create a welcoming and restorative atmosphere. Depending on the event, you may experience guided meditation, sound healing, reflection prompts, tea rituals, meaningful conversation, journaling, or community connection. There is no pressure to participate in any activity beyond your comfort level. Our goal is simply to provide a beautiful space where you can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the experience.

We encourage guests to wear comfortable clothing that allows them to relax and move easily. Think cozy layers, flowing fabrics, or whatever helps you feel most at ease. During cooler months, we recommend bringing a light sweater, wrap, or blanket, as desert evenings can become chilly after sunset.

We offer more than wellness events—we create meaningful experiences inspired by the Sonoran Desert and the rhythms of the cosmos. Founded by a physician and nurse practitioner, Desert Reverie blends evidence-informed wellbeing, intentional gathering, and elevated desert hospitality to create spaces where people can rest, connect, and rediscover a sense of wonder beneath the stars.

For most gatherings, we recommend bringing a water bottle and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Specific recommendations will be included in your event confirmation email.

No. Our gatherings are non-religious and open to people of all beliefs and backgrounds.
